Reparation - What Does It Mean? Can We Find an Embodied and situated Response?
Larissa Tiki Mbassi
Convenor: Sapphire Meloe Gennai
What are reparations? Can process-oriented research help us address such a complex inquiry? In this presentation, Larissa Tiki Mbassi draws on examples from her own curatorial and artistic practice. She will also discuss the tools and methodologies she uses to rethink broad umbrella concepts such as reparation. Rather than understanding reparation as a fixed and unified outcome, Larissa Tiki Mbassi proposes approaching it as an ongoing process, one that remains continually negotiated.
