
Ines Hartmann is Senior Project Manager at the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen (FIM-HSG). At the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion of the FIM-HSG, she is mainly responsible for the St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking. As a Senior Consultant at Sander & Sander GmbH, St. Gallen, she leads several projects on inclusive leadership and diversity management. She teaches at different universities on the topic of diversity & inclusion and strategic management and writes publications on diversity management and inclusive organizational culture. Her doctoral thesis is about “Cultural diversity in hospitals – Inclusion of employees of different ethnic backgrounds”.
