Critical Perspective on Business and Management

This course offers an in-depth exploration of the dynamics within work, organizations, and employment through the critical perspectives. Designed for both bachelor's and master's students, it delves into the intricate power relations, mechanisms of control, and forms of resistance prevalent in the workplace. By examining both historical and contemporary issues, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of diverse theoretical perspectives, including Marxist, feminist, intersectional, critical race, queer, and crip theories.

This is a virtual exchange seminar course in collaboration with University of Innsbruck. Dr Sujatha Subramanian is the co-instructor from University of Innsbruck.
