Bricolage in a Wasted World

This intervention will elaborate on his recent and ongoing research Objects in the Sunset that illuminates design practices born from dispossession, scarcity, and epistemic violence. Working across different scales of the built environment it shifts design away from Eurocentric conceptions: from rationalization to resourcefulness, homogeneity to heterogeneity, and disposability to repair.
