Nooha Sabanta Maula is an anthropologist, educator, and writer. She is currently working as a Lecturer at the School of General Education, BRAC University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her research interests include youth cultures of Bengali-Muslims at home and abroad, migration, migrant and diasporic communities, and race and ethnicity in South Asia, with a particular focus on Bangladesh.
