Inclusive Hiring Toolkit

The Institute for Ecology and Evolution (IEE) has won the 2026 Prix Lux Equal Opportunity Award. For two tenure-track appointments, the IEE and the Faculty of Natural Sciences developed and implemented concrete measures covering all phases of the appointment process. The resulting practical toolkit helps ensure that professorial positions are filled in a fairer, more transparent, and more inclusive manner.
