The CCDI is the only university-based competence centre in the German-speaking world that combines evidence-based research, consulting and executive education on diversity, disability and inclusion in an interdisciplinary manner.  With an international reputation, we stand for excellence in research, practice-oriented implementation, and measurable impact in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We unite the expertise of the former Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion and the Centre for Disability and Integration, which are now combined in the CCDI. Our mission is to translate scientific insights into action in a strategic, sustainable, and people-centred way.
