Successful through Diversity & Inclusion

This six-week online programme by the University of St.Gallen (CCDI) provides a comprehensive introduction to DEI in organisations. It is designed for leaders, HR professionals and anyone aiming to build inclusive strategies and workplace cultures.The programme is offered in two language editions:

• English: starts 2 September 2025
• German: starts 26 May 2026

Both versions include:

• 6 modules of 2 hours each (with recordings)
• Access to a digital learning platform
• Two individual coaching or consulting sessions
• Participation in the D&I Week
• Certificate of attendance | CHF 2'900.–
