Felix Rudolf Schönenberger

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Economics at USI, where I also earned my PhD in Economics in February 2024.

As an applied microeconomist, my primary field of interest is empirical political economy, with a focus on electoral competition, accountability, and voter turnout. My research studies how strategic decisions by both voters and candidates shape political behavior and public policy.
