I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNF/FNS)–funded project "Should I be a caring man or a dominant man? Men's normative ambivalence toward masculinity", within the Social Psychology Unit of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (FPSE) at the University of Geneva.
My main research interests gravitate around a common core issue: inequality. Whether stemming from gender roles, economic disparities, or power inequalities, I approach the problem with passion and curiosity through a social psychology lens. I explore the impact of inequalities both at the macro (nations) and micro (organizations) levels, with a particular focus on their well-being correlates. Furthermore, I study how these inequalities can be addressed by tackling the structural properties of the social context.
In the realm of economic inequality, I delve into solutions related to wealth redistribution, such as progressive taxation or the maximum wage cap for CEOs. In the context of power inequality, I am interested in the structural properties of organizations, for example, related to the decision-making power distribution. In the context of gender inequalities, I mainly explore organizational policies that promote gender balance, for example in the realm of work-life balance.
