IDEAS is the association of the equal-opportunities delegates of the ten Swiss Universities and the two national technical universities, based in Bern.
IDEAS is committed to
- promote real gender equality
- implement equal opportunities, inclusion and diversity at universities at all levels
In order to achieve these objectives, IDEAS wants to
- be a meeting and networking point
- give means for the exchange of information
- generate mutual assistance
- assist the coordination, planning and realisation of joint activities and projectss
- serve as a representation in national committees
