Research interest
Aurélie Zurbrügg PhD is a post-doc lecturer (assistante docteure) at the University of Fribourg, where she completed her BA (2015), MA (2017), and PhD (2023). Her dissertation, “The Message on the Wall: The Wall as a Medium in Public Art and Contemporary American Fiction,” examines the relationship between literature, public art, and the wall as a medium. Her research interests lie in intermedial studies, contemporary African American fiction, and the intersection between urban art and literature.
