Tanushree Kaushal is a scholar in international political economy with interdisciplinary expertise in gender, state theory, postcolonial studies and cultural economy. She researches multi-scalar financial flows and their co-constitution of gendered social realities across Global North and South. Her research has been funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation's doc-ch scheme, doc-mobility scheme and the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation. She has teaching experience with MA and BA students in critical finance studies, gender studies, global governance and finance & development. Previously a visiting fellow at the University of Edinburgh and fellow at the Centre de Sciences Humaines (New Delhi), her research appears and is reviewed in journals including International Development Policy, Finance & Society, Economy & Society, New Political Economy and Globalizations.
