This workshop is an introduction to project management in the field of development cooperation. We will critically analyse the different tools in the light of evolution in development aid (ODA), including the need for better localisation of aid. The perspective of Strategic Management combine the theoretical/conceptual dimensions with the more practical application. PCM (Project Cycle Management) will be the conceptual reference, focusing on the identification phase, project document, logical framework, theory of change taking into account in detail the gender tools used at each level. Teaching is in French. Most of the documents are in French and in English. Students may speak in English or French and are expected to at least understand the other language. Cet atelier est une introduction à la gestion stratégique de projets dans le domaine de la coopération internationale au développement. Nous analyserons les différents outils de manière critique à la lumière des évolutions de l'aide au développement (APD), notamment la nécessité d'une meilleure localisation de l'aide. Le cours combine la dimension théorique/conceptuelle et l'application pratique. La gestion du cycle de projet sert de référence conceptuelle et nous approfondissons la phase d'identification, l'élaboration de document de projet, du cadre logique, de la théorie du changement en tenant compte de manière transversale de la question genre. Le cours est donné en français, mais chaque étudiant peut s'exprimer en français ou en anglais. Les documents sont en français et en anglais.
